Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller of your data is RadarTraders (radartraders.com). For any privacy matter, write to us at soporte@radartraders.com.

2. Data we process

Account data: email, username, display name and, if you fill them in, country, experience, style and risk profile.

Trading data: platform, broker, server, account number, trades, deposits, withdrawals, balance and equity. The investor password is stored encrypted with AES-256 and is never shown.

Payment data: if you boost someone, Stripe processes your card details. We only receive the amount, the date, your email and the payment reference.

We don't ask for identity documents or a phone number. When you redeem, we store the email you used to sign up with the chosen prop firm and give it to that firm to activate your account.

Technical data: what is needed to keep your session and the site secure.

3. What we use them for

To provide the service (audit your account, calculate metrics and points, show your profile and the leaderboard), process boosts and redemptions, prevent fraud, reply to your messages and notify you of important changes. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. What is public

If your profile is public, anyone can see your username, display name, country, the metrics and audited history of your public account, your merit and your campaign. The transparency page shows who boosts whom and how much. Your email and account number are not published on the leaderboard.

You can make your profile or your trading account private in settings. If a booster's profile is private, their boost appears without a name.

5. Legal basis

Performance of the service you request when signing up, your consent when we ask for it (for example, to receive messages), our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and any applicable legal obligations, such as keeping payment records.

6. Who we share them with

With the providers we need to operate: Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments) and the site's hosting provider. When you redeem an account, with the prop firm that issues it, only the data needed to deliver it. Also with authorities when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country. In that case they do so with appropriate protection safeguards.

7. How long

As long as you have a RadarTraders account. If you ask us to delete it, we delete your data except what we must keep by law, such as payment records, for the applicable period.

8. Your rights

You can request access to your data, correct it, delete it, take it with you, object to processing or withdraw your consent by writing to soporte@radartraders.com from your account email. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

9. Security

We encrypt investor passwords, limit access to data depending on who requests it and use encrypted connections. No system is infallible: if an incident affects your data, we will notify you.

10. Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep your session and remember your preferences, such as light or dark theme and language. We don't use advertising cookies.

11. Minors

RadarTraders is not aimed at people under 18 and we don't knowingly process their data.
