Terms of use
The conditions for using RadarTraders: what we offer, what we don't, and what we expect from people who use the site.

This is a translation of the Spanish original, provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who we are
RadarTraders ("we") runs the website radartraders.com. You can write to us at soporte@radartraders.com. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms.
2. What RadarTraders is
A free website to audit MetaTrader 5 trading accounts in read-only mode. The audited history is used to calculate metrics and merit points, which can be redeemed for prop firm evaluation accounts (challenges). Other users can boost a trader with a financial contribution.
RadarTraders is not a broker, does not manage third-party money, does not trade on your behalf and does not provide financial advice or investment recommendations. Metrics and the leaderboard describe past results and are not an invitation to invest in or copy anyone.
3. Who can use it
You must be over 18 and provide truthful information. Each person may have only one RadarTraders account, and you may only connect trading accounts that are yours.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done with your account. Your username is public. You may not use names that impersonate another person or company, or that are offensive.
You can make your profile or your trading account private in settings. A private profile doesn't appear on the leaderboard or the transparency page.
5. Connecting trading accounts
Accounts are connected with the investor password, which only allows reading. We store it encrypted and it is never shown. The data we read depends on the broker and the MetaTrader server; if it is wrong or incomplete, the metrics will be too.
You can disconnect an account whenever you want. The already audited history is kept so that the leaderboard and points can't be manipulated, unless you ask us to delete your RadarTraders account entirely.
6. Points
Merit and boost points are not money or a financial instrument: they can't be sold, transferred to another person or exchanged for money. They can only be used to redeem an evaluation account under the program rules.
We may adjust the points rules to improve the program. Changes apply from their publication date and don't remove points already earned, except those obtained through fraud.
7. Boosts and payments
A boost is a voluntary contribution to help a trader complete the points for their account. It gives no right to receive money, a share of the trader's profits or any other financial return.
Payments are processed by Stripe; RadarTraders never sees or stores your card details. The money goes to RadarTraders, which uses it to buy evaluation accounts and run the platform. Every boost is published on the transparency page.
Boosts are non-refundable once applied, except for charges made in error, fraud or where the law requires it. If you see a charge you don't recognize, write to us at soporte@radartraders.com.
8. What is not allowed
Creating several accounts, boosting yourself or asking others to do it in exchange for something, connecting accounts that aren't yours, manipulating results (for example, trading accounts in opposite directions), promising returns to people who boost you, scraping the site automatically or trying to access other users' data.
If we detect any of this we may cancel the affected points, cancel campaigns, withhold a delivery and suspend or close the account.
9. Prop firms
Redeemed accounts are issued by a prop firm under its own conditions, which you will have to accept. They are evaluations (challenges), not funded capital: we don't guarantee that you'll pass them or that the firm will later offer you a funded account.
10. Liability
We offer the site as is and do our best for it to work well, but there may be errors, interruptions or outdated data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your trading or investment decisions, or from what third parties such as brokers, prop firms or payment providers do.
11. Intellectual property
The design, code, brand and texts of RadarTraders are ours. Your data remains yours: you allow us to show it on the site according to your privacy settings.
12. Changes
If we change these terms we will publish the new version with its date. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email before it applies.
